What we collect

Name, email, mobile number, city, PIN code, languages, and role-specific details such as exam requirements (students), education and availability (volunteers) and organization details. Volunteers may upload an identity document for verification.

How we use it

• To match students with suitable volunteers and send notifications about requests.
• To verify volunteers and keep the platform safe.
• To issue volunteer certificates and keep service statistics.

What is shared and when

Volunteers initially see only the student's first name, city and exam details. Full name, phone number and exam-centre address are shared with a volunteer only after the student (or organization) confirms them. Identity documents are visible only to authorised administrators and are never shown to other users.

Retention and your rights

You can update your profile at any time. To request correction or deletion of your account, contact us. Some records (such as completed requests and reports) may be kept for safety and audit purposes.

Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form, forms are protected against forgery, and identity documents are stored in a protected location that cannot be opened directly from the web.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's local storage to remember your accessibility choices (text size and contrast). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
